About Us

To promote and stimulate personal growth and wellness in individuals through ERTH retreats. Our retreats provide a safe space, where expression of “true self” is validated and reinforced through empathic responses and a variety of well designed spiritual, social, and physical activities in natural and nurturing settings.

Our ultimate goal is to create relaxation to assist you in spiritual, psychological, and physical healing and restoration.

Participants are engaged in a series of wellness activities that incorporate workshops, self-help, and demonstrations, as well as hands-on sessions in the modality we are teaching for each workshop.

The goal is to educate and provide ways for each of us to implement more relaxation in our lives, thereby creating a more complete sense of overall wellness.

Emerald Retreat Therapy’s facilitators are experienced professional clinicians who possess the ability to assess personal needs, fears and frustrations, hopes, and the ultimate search/potential for fulfillment through accessing the “true self”.

The Healing Series

As a life learner, Leslie believes the human experience centers around the process of whole body healing. At a young age she was attracted to Eastern philosophy, which believes we have seven main chakra centers and that each main center is connected to our being on several different levels: physical, emotional, mental and spiritual. Within each level is a color represented by a wheel or flower, which is then connected to other body parts that resonate a frequency. Therefore, using the Chakra system during life’s process, its important to remember our systems are not separate but intricately connected, as we as humans are connected.

The Natural Element Series

Water is Earth's major source of life. Water feeds life, nurtures growth, and heals. Leslie’s inspiration spans from the rivers, lakes and streams from growing up in rural Kentucky to the ocean and skies of Venice Beach, California.
